Biography

Achim possesses a Diploma in electrical engineering / telecommunication from the University of Hannover-Germany (1992). From 1993 to 1999 Achim has worked for Alcatel SEL AG as: an Engineer for GSM Mobile networks, Field Service, Project Management, Sales Support in Europe & Southeast Asia and also spent 2 years on site in Malaysia. Since 2000 Achim is working for DB Netz AG / DB InfraGo AG in leading functions as a Project Manager for GSM-R Mobiles, Project Manager for GSM-R Shunting, Head of Telecom Applications & Services and later Head of Telecom Platform Development.
