CCS TSI Art. 10 FRMCS Pilot reporting and template

EC and ERA are putting in place a process to gather information to identify the test scope and gaps from FRMCS Testing activities and pilot projects that may impact the FRMCS v3 specifications; based on Article 10 of CCS TSI REGULATION (EU) 2023/1695:

 The proposed process has two phases: 

1. Identification of projects and gathering of high-level information: EC/ERA will gather high-level information about the projects/pilots. A template is provided below to be communicated by the projects to EC (wawrzyniec [dot] perschkeec [dot] europa [dot] eu) and ERA (to the inbox FRMCS-Art10-Pilotsera [dot] europa [dot] eu (FRMCS-Art10-Pilots[at]era[dot]europa[dot]eu)). We expect a proactive approach from the projects and updates shall be sent at least once a year.
2. Based on the results of the first phase, and on the availability of Morane-2 Test Specs, the aim is to collect the Test cases from the projects, in order to identify the gaps in the testing activities, as well as meaningful results impacting FRMCS specifications.
