Biography

Vincent Vanhoutte has been with Infrabel since 2006, starting his career as a Traffic Controller where he mastered all aspects of traffic management. In 2013, he transitioned to the role of Accident and Incident Investigator, bringing a meticulous approach to safety analysis. Since 2022, Vincent has been leading the Safety Culture department, driving initiatives to enhance safety practices across the organisation.
