Biography

Ergonomist and work psychologist by training, Benjamin RAZAIARISOA has spent fifteen years helping companies consider and integrate Human and Organisational Factors (HOF) across a wide range of settings. As a member of the expert team at Icsi (Institute for an Industrial Safety Culture), he now supports high-risk industries in assessing and developing their safety culture.
