Its mission is to support EU policies as a centre of excellence for information, data and knowledge management, and to ensure that this broad range of information is available to the public as accessible and reusable data to facilitate transparency, economic activity and the diffusion of knowledge.
Biography
Anita Dutreuil is working in the field of metadata standardization in the Publications Office of the European Union since 2017. As a member of the Reference Data team she coordinates the maintenance of taxonomies, thesauri, ontologies and authority lists and their publication on the EU Vocabularies website. Her particular area of interest is the development of controlled vocabularies and the harmonisation of reference data management across European institutions.
