Wheel/rail interaction influencing systems

Requirements to all vehicle mounted systems which have influence to the wheel/rail interaction such as wheel flange lubrication, upper sway/wearing track wheel interactions, requirements deriving from traction, braking, except for sanding system. Compatibility with CCS trackside equipment is covered for EMC by parameter 8.4.2 and for other compatibility requirements by parameters 12.2.4 (Compatibility of rolling stock with CCS Trackside).
