Tailor-made contracts

DIRECTIVE 2012/34/EU lists two types of tailor-made contracts: 'Additional services may comprise: [...] (c) tailor-made contracts for: — control of transport of dangerous goods, — assistance in running abnormal trains.' These contracts are made for one specific customer, thus they take into account the customer's particular situation and requirements. The conclusion of the contracts and their contents have to be non-discriminatory.
