Ro-ro unit

Wheeled piece of equipment for carrying goods, such as a goods road motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer, which can be driven or towed onto a vessel or train. Trailers used in ports or on vessels are included in this definition. The other main method to put a goods road motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer on a vessel or train is to use cranes.
