Register of Infrastructure (RINF)

The Register of Infrastructure referred to in Article 49 of Directive EU/2016/797 states the values of the network parameters of each subsystem or part subsystem concerned, as set out in the relevant TSI and may stipulate conditions for the use of fixed installations and other restrictions. The values of the parameters recorded in the register of infrastructure shall be used in combination with the values of the parameters recorded in the vehicle authorisation for placing on the market to check the technical compatibility between vehicle and network.
