Key performance indicator (KPI)

Performance indicator, selected by the top management, to evaluate the performance of the RQMS and its business objectives that is critical (3.1.1.7) to the sustained success of an organization. Note 1 to entry: A KPI can be a combination of several performance indicator (PIs). Note 2 to entry: See Figure 3.
