Framework for Capacity Allocation (FCA)

The executive board shall define the framework for the allocation of the infrastructure capacity on the freight corridor.' The framework specifies procedures, time limits, priority rules and any information needed to apply for and use a PaP or RC on a Rail Freight Corridor.
