Coordinated dialogue - dialogue is coordinated

A dialogue currently having a coordination level of "commitment" or "one-phase commitment". Note 1 to entry: a dialogue supporting chained transaction branches is always coordinated and a dialogue supporting unchained transaction branches is coordinated only when it supports a transaction branch.
