Roland has 19 years’ experience in the railway signalling industry. Since 2005, Roland is the responsible Product Manager for ETCS L1 trackside as well ETCS Onboard solutions. He was also working as Project Manager for global ETCS projects. Since 2020 Roland took over the role as Head of Product Policy/Strategy for all Train Control solutions within THALES.
