The Agency is organising an Organisational Just Culture training open to any rail professional. The session will be organised online and with the use of a e-learning module on 31 January, 1, 2 and 9 February 2024. Training objectives and a detailed agenda are available below.
The participation charge for the January/February 2024 training is 730 euros. Maximum capacity is 18 participants.

The OJC training has allowed us to acquire key knowledge to delve into the implementation of organisational and human aspects of our SMS [...] A strong point, above all [is] the almost immediate applicability of some of the tools discussed in the course. In the end, it's the practical implementation that adds value. And this course provides tools for implementation and motivation to do so.
This course should be a precondition for all companies which want to apply a safety certificate. During this course I wondered all the time how a railway undertaking it can manage to device such a system like this without this specific expert knowledge – as it required in the EU regulation 2018/762. So a huge complement for you. We have learned a lot.
