Lars has almost 30 years of experience in various roles in the aviation industry, as an auditor, A320 pilot, instructor, and consultant. The pandemic made him re-focus his skills to the railway industry. Working together with 4 other international experts he founded t2p based in Tallinn, with an aim to provide high level advisory services based on international best practice. As t2p’s Director, he is involved in spare part track & tracing, document control & compliance reporting as well as human performance training for railway undertakings & infrastructure managers. Lars has a German master’s degree in Transportation Science and Informatics.
