The workshop will be devoted to presenting the new Safety Culture Peer Review Guide created by UIC and ERA to professionalise and encourage the Peer Review process in Europe, one of the methods for identifying strengths and areas for improvement of safety culture. This dynamic and participative workshop will be based on role-playing and practical peer review situations drawn from experience in the field.
