In accordance with Article 14 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779 (ECM Regulation), the Agency is currently carrying out a first ex-post evaluation on the implementation of this Regulation addressed to the European Commission.

As part of its stakeholders’ consultation work, the Agency is arranging workshops with ECM Certification Bodies, NSAs and rail sector to further discuss the inputs received during the online survey carried out in summer 2023.
The hybrid workshop with the rail sector will be kindly hosted by CER, at its premises in Avenue des Arts 53, Brussels, on 31 January 2024 from h10.00 to h16.00 CET.
