Mr Kleine possesses a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialisation in Advanced Process Control from the TU Delft in the Netherlands. His background comprises engineering, (technical) projects and general management. He has been working in the ERTMS field since 2013 at the ERTMS Users Group, as well in the Dutch National ERTMS Programme and CER. Since 2022, he is involved in Europe’s Rail System Pillar railways domain as a lead for Migration and Roadmap.
