DECISION n°221 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency on the non-application of the Commission Decision on the maximum duration for the recourse to non-permanent staff in the Commission services

The Commission Decision of 28 April 2004 on the maximum duration for the recourse to non-permanent staff in the Commission services C(2004)1597/62 needs to be adapted to the amendments brought about by the revision of the CEOS as of 1 January 2014, in particular in view of the amendments to Articles 2 and 88 CEOS. Pursuant to Article 110(2) of the Staff Regulations, implementing rules shall apply by analogy to the Agency.
