DECISION n°206 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways adopting the new ERA Financial Regulation

On the basis of the new general Financial Regulation, the Commission Delegated Regulation(EU) 2019/715 of 18 December 2018 on the framework financial regulation (FFR) for the bodies set up under the TFEU and Euratom Treaty and referred to in Article 70, has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ EU) on 10 May 2019. Following the Article 114 of the FFR the text will enter into force on the day following that of its publication of the text in the OJ of the European Union, but it applies (retroactively) from 1 July 2019.
