DECISION n°198 of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Railways amending the Single Programming Document 2019

SPD 2019 was adopted in November 2018 (Decision no. 186/2018). The amendment aims at completing and clarifying the procurement plan in Annex VIII in the following activities:

• Adding procurement “External Service Provision
• ERA Information System Development (ESP-EISD VI)”
• Adding procurement “Professional interpretation related services”
• Adding procurement “Media monitoring service for the Agency”
• Splitting the procurement procedure of "Communication services" into 3 parts
• Updating the recorded value for the ERTMS Conference from its net amount to the full amount (net amount plus fees to be recovered)

This Decision was adopted by written procedure.
