This training developed by ERA was designed to help National Safety Authority (NSA) staff and employees in safety oversight roles actively improve the safety culture of railway stakeholders through their regulatory and supervision activities.
It’s practical, we can see the finality and the whole picture is built at the end of the training. It’s gradual and it makes sense.
I like most the practical examples related to results of the assessments/peer reviews of the safety culture.
Very well organised, good interaction, good atmosphere with the trainers. What I found particularly useful were the real case studies from actual incidents.
