
Organisational Just Culture Training
This training is designed to provide railway organisations with an approach to just culture that can be implemented in daily operations.
The training consists of six well-structured modules, and a case study used as an example throughout the training. I experienced it as a very interactive training between the instructors and the participants. It goes beyond the pure explanation of what just culture is and it goes beyond traditional approaches to error management.
What I most liked are the real and practical examples provided by the trainers as well as from participants. It is worth talking about hard episodes and developing on top of them.
The very lively structure made it entertaining and interesting at the same time. I will consider more the communication part in implementing new procedures. I got aware of my own biases and how quickly one applies them.
What I liked the most about this training, apart from the content, is the way Fabrizio and Kim taught it, very dynamic and participative.
