Biography
Nicolas Gohel has 20 years of experience in transport economics and financing. He has broad expertise in feasibility studies, business cases, economic analysis, infrastructure pricing schemes, procurement and management of complex projects. He has been following ERTMS deployment for the past 8 years and is involved in the DAC CBA. He also provides economic support to the System Pillar on modularity and ASTP.
