The countdown is on! From 22 to 25 September 2026, the global rail community will gather once again in Berlin for InnoTrans, the world's leading trade fair for transport technology and innovation.
Throughout the exhibition, ERA will be present at the EU Stand (Hall 4.2, Stand 260) alongside the European Commission and Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking. Visitors can learn more about the Agency’s activities, ongoing initiatives and key developments supporting a safer, more interoperable and competitive European railway system. Organised on 22 September 2026, in the context of InnoTrans 2026 where the award ceremony will take place, this year’s Award will highlight individuals, teams and organisations that are driving change and creating concrete opportunities for women in the railway sector.
The 2026 edition is organised by the European Commission’s Women in Transport Platform, European Union Agency for Railways (ERA), Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking (EU-Rail), Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER), Association of European Railway Industries (UNIFE), European Rail Infrastructure Managers (EIM), Federation of European Train Drivers’ Union (ALE).
