To obtain a RINF Infrastructure Manager (IM) user account, please follow these steps:

  1. Create an ERA account using this link: https://srm-portal.powerappsportals.com/RegisterPage/(Ensure your organisation is listed.). If you already have an account, continue to the next step.
  2. Notify the RINF team that your ERA account has been created and provide your Organisation Code. If you do not have an Organisation Code, please follow the instructions here: https://www.era.europa.eu/domains/registers/ocr_en
  3. How to notify:Please use the contact form: https://srm-portal.powerappsportals.com/contact-us/ or by emailing servicedeskatera [dot] europa [dot] eu (servicedesk[at]era[dot]europa[dot]eu) and providing the relevant details of your request.

Yes, you need an account to access RINF as a Railway Undertaking (RU) representative.

Steps to obtain a RINF RU user account:

  1. Create an ERA account using this link: https://srm-portal.powerappsportals.com/RegisterPage/(Make sure your organisation is listed during registration.)
  2. Notify the RINF team (via the contact form or by emailing servicedeskatera [dot] europa [dot] eu (servicedesk[at]era[dot]europa[dot]eu)) that your ERA account has been created and request RU permissions in RINF.
  3. ERA will grant RU permissions to your account, after which you will be able to access the relevant RINF functionalities.
