The European Union is determined to reach the highest level of railway safety everywhere in Europe. That is why ERA is deploying several activities to improve safety during the European Year of Rail 2021.

This webinar will focus on paramount questions: how can rail companies concretely embed safety in their organisation, how can they promote safe behaviours at all levels and how can they achieve sustainable safety performance?

The Agency will explain initiatives to enhance Safety Leadership and introduce the first European Rail Safety Climate Survey addressed to all railway professionals in Europe. ERA’s safety experts will discuss with representatives from the sector the tangible benefits and practical implementation of these projects.
