European Railway Agency Database of Interoperability and Safety (ERADIS)  

The European Railway Agency Database of Interoperability and Safety (ERADIS) is used for the collection and publishing of safety- and interoperability-relevant documents.

ERADIS refers to Article 37(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/796 (Agency Regulation) and makes publicly available the following:

- Interoperability Documents:
  • EC declarations of verification of subsystems (templates)
  • EC declarations of conformity of interoperability constituents (templates) and ‘EC’ declarations of suitability of use of inter­operability constituents  (templates)
  • Service Quality Reports issued yearly by Railway Undertakings, according to Article 28 of Passenger's rights Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1371/2007)
  • Authorisations for placing in service of infrastructure and fixed installations (templates)
- Safety Documents:
  • Licences for the performance of rail transport services within the Union and the European Economic Area according to Directive 2012/34/EU and the relevant national legislation
  • Safety certificates issued in accordance with Article 10 of the Railway Safety Directive
  • Information on the Entities in Charge of Maintenance: the schema decided in each member state, certification bodies documents, ECM certificates, ECM MoU certificates and maintenance functions certificates
  • Information on the CSM Assessment Bodies: MS Decisions and Assessment Bodies declarations
  • NSA and NIB Annual Reports
  • Link to investigation reporting data in ERAIL database
  • Link to Common Safety Indicators data in ERAIL database
  • Archive Database on accidents (1990÷2007)
  • Link to NOTIF-IT where the national safety rules notified to the Commission in accordance with Article 8 of the Safety Directive are stored
