To further enhance safety in the European rail system, the Agency has developed a range of trainings and tools designed to better integrate Human and Organisational Factors (HOF) into railway companies’ management systems.
We are now inviting you to share your feedback on how these tools are being used, as well as on the main challenges and needs the EU rail sector still faces regarding safety and HOF. Your input will help us better target your needs and focus our activities accordingly.
