About NEB Reports
NEB reports are published by the National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs) every two years, in line with article 32.3 of Regulation (EU) 2021/782 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 on rail passengers’ rights and obligations.
Those reports shall include statistics on NEB’s activity, including penalties applied and have to be published by 30 June of the following calendar year.
