Temporary Service Unavailability

Due to a security update on its IT infrastructure, the Agency informs its partners that all ERA IT services hosted on-premises (Service Desk, ERADIS, EVR, ERATV, RDD, VVR, VA Inspector, and SRD) will be unavailable to external users from Friday 15 November 2024, at 6:00 PM (CET) until Saturday 16 November 2024, at 5:00 PM (CET). 

This operation aims to enhance the network’s security and performance and to enable continuous vendor support for Internet web surfing. 

Please note that OSS will remain available for standard operations.
