Presentation (session 4) "FRMCS Specifications: Planning" / Workshop 4: "Practical solutions to overcome FRMCS-related deployment challenges"
The introduction of the complete FRMCS specifications in the legal framework is expected for the upcoming CCS TSI. This requires a detailed analysis of the functionalities that are needed to ensure technical interoperability and the establishment of adequate provisions to minimise the deployment challenges.
Biography
Ms Begoña Domingo started her career as pre and post-sales 3rd level support engineer in one of the main suppliers of GSM-R and UMTS equipment, and was appointed Team Leader of the 24x7 emergency support team. She later joined ADIF to work in the team in charge of the train-track integration before the start of operation in ERTMS L1 and L2. She joined the EU Agency for Railways in 2011 in the ERTMS Unit, focusing on radio related matters and mainly dealing with GSM-R specifications and evolution towards FRMCS.
