What works well in your organisation is useful for others too!
Whichever part of the railway sector you represent, you are encouraged to share your organisation's initiatives and good practice regarding "HOF in Risk Management" as a speaker at the conference.
After the presentations, there will be a lively professional exchange with the conference participants, both attending live and online. Presentations could show, for example:
- How you integrate HOF in a systematic way in relation to current operational and organisational risks – for example within planning, design, interfaces, competence management, monitoring, investigation, for managing fatigue and workload, etc.;
- How you address HOF topics within change management;
- How you anticipate future risks linked with HOF;
- Anything else related to HOF in risk management in your organisation;
We are looking for practical and demonstrable examples that can be useful for other organisations as well. Therefore, we ask you to send us a short presentation of the example(s) you would like to share with peers across the sector. We are not expecting a scientific abstract, rather some slides or lines describing your initiative/good practice and how it is implemented with practical details, highlighting success factors and pitfalls.
Presentations are expected to be in English language. After the initial assessment we will contact the chosen presenters for further discussion. Please send your proposal, no later than 15 May 2024, to:
