This conference is relevant for all railway stakeholders interested in enhancing safety and performance through the practical application of Human and Organisational Factors.
The HOF 2026 Conference will showcase concrete examples of how HOF can be integrated into Safety Management Systems (SMS) and daily railway operations. Experts from across Europe, including representatives from industry, research organisations, and railway stakeholders, will share initiatives, experiences, lessons learned, success factors, and common challenges encountered along the way.
HOF play a crucial role in improving both system safety and operational performance.
