Biography

Vincent Vanhoutte has worked at Infrabel since 2006. After starting as a Traffic Controller, he developed expertise in accident investigation, safety analysis, and organisational learning. Since 2022, he has led the Safety Culture department, focusing on Human & Organisational Factors, Safety Leadership, and learning from operational experience. Outside work, he is passionate about history, gastronomy, creativity, and the design and making of bespoke shoes.
