Biography

Santiago González Vázquez is an industrial engineer and works as an International Projects Officer at Adif, the Spanish railway infrastructure manager. He has worked in railway safety since 2010, at Adif and at AESF, the Spanish NSA, on safety management systems, risk assessment, interoperability and signalling projects. Since 2024 he has represented Adif in the EIM Safety and Operations & Traffic Management working groups.
