Biography
Pauline is a Fatigue Risk Management Systems (FRMS) consultant at Welbees. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Biological Psychology, specialising in sleep and fatigue. She has led fatigue studies across transport sectors, including a large-scale fatigue review for Eurostar in 2025. Her expertise covers qualitative research, regulatory assessments and staff fatigue. She delivers fatigue and stress risk management training for staff, rostering teams and managers.
