Daniel Windisch

Principal Key Expert Railway System

From 1990 to 2000 Windisch has worked worked for DB in various functions within locomotive maintenance and locomotive commissioning. He studied electrical engineering between 2000 and 2005. From 2006 he has undertook various roles at Siemens with focus on the integration of CCS Systems into interoperable vehicles (e.g. HLE 18, Vectron, Velaro D and Eurostar,…). As of 2019 he is a Principal Key Expert Railway System and represents SMO on external committees, for example in TWG-ARCHI, ERJU amongst others.
