Content When implementing its mandate the European Railway Agency closely cooperates with two groups of stakeholders - European Commission and governmental representatives and their institutions on one side and railway sector partners, rail workers, freight customers and passengers on the other.
Working parties, networks, working groups and task forces (called "workgroups" below) give the opportunity to the Agency to cooperate with Technical Experts of our stakeholders.

The NSA Network have agreed to carry out a series of Cross Audits of each other, supported by the Agency. This programme will begin with a pilot phase of 6 audits, running from 2011 until 2013. The NSAs all signed a Charter setting out the principles of the programme and a Committee of NSA representatives adopted a Programme Manual, setting out how the audit programme would be conducted, and Audit Protocols, against which NSAs will be audited.
