|Description: ||To help the Member States with the accreditation or recognition of the CSM Assessment Body defined in Reg. 402/2013 and of railway notified bodies (NoBos), the European Railway Agency (ERA) has organised a training workshop.

It was a combined training workshop on accreditation and recognition requirements contained in:
The training workshop was addressed essentially to National Accreditation Bodies and Recognition Bodies which are, or should be in future, entitled by their Member State to assess the compliance of those CSM Assessment Bodies (RASBOs) or railway notified bodies (NoBos) with the requirements referred to in the previous point.
The following organisations were also invited as observers to permit them following the work of ERA:
- the national safety authorities not entitled to act as recognition body;
- the accreditation bodies of countries not using accreditation for the purposes of Reg. 402/2013, the accreditation bodies of OTIF non-EU Contracting States, the accreditation bodies signatory of the EA MLA (European Co-operation for Accreditation), including thus the IPA beneficiary accreditation bodies;
- the representative bodies : CER, EIM, UNIFE, UIP, ERFA, EPPTOLA, ETF, ALE, NB Rail;
