Based on our previous work on publication and availability, a new task force was created under the Railway Interoperability and Safety Committee.

The Task Force on National Safety Rules will support the Member States in achieving greater transparency of national safety rules and their gradual reduction while harmonizing EU law. The Agency will facilitate this work.

 

The Task Force will deliver a report and guidance on National Safety Rules by the end of 2012.
